Romans Wholesale Wax Burners supplies wholesale orders throughout the United Kingdom, subject to the delivery areas available at checkout.

Mainland UK Delivery
Standard delivery is £6.45 for up to 50 wax burners. For larger orders, an additional delivery charge applies for each further batch of up to 50 burners. The exact delivery charge will be calculated automatically at checkout.

Northern Ireland Delivery
Delivery to Northern Ireland is £30 for up to 50 wax burners. For larger orders, an additional delivery charge applies for each further batch of up to 50 burners. The exact delivery charge will be calculated automatically at checkout.

Courier
Orders are normally dispatched using DPD. Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and a valid telephone number at checkout to assist with delivery notifications.

Dispatch & Delivery
We aim to process and dispatch wholesale orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. During particularly busy periods, dispatch may take longer than usual.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control. If you experience a problem with your delivery, please contact us and we will assist wherever possible.

Checking Your Delivery
Please inspect your order promptly upon arrival. Any damaged, missing or incorrect items should be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide photographs of damaged goods and packaging where appropriate.

Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery information supplied at checkout is correct. Additional courier charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be chargeable to the customer.
