Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to purchases made from Romans Wholesale Wax Burners. Our website is intended for customers purchasing products for business, trade or resale purposes.

Wholesale Orders

Our minimum wholesale order is 5 wax burners. Different styles may be mixed to reach the minimum quantity. We reserve the right to amend minimum order quantities in the future.

Prices and VAT

Prices are displayed on our website in accordance with the VAT information shown at checkout. Any applicable VAT will be clearly shown as part of the order total before payment is completed.

Payment

Payment is required at checkout unless alternative arrangements have been agreed by us in writing. An order is not guaranteed until payment has been successfully processed and the order accepted.

Stock Availability

All products are subject to availability. Although we make every effort to keep stock information accurate, occasionally an item may become unavailable after an order has been placed. If this happens, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate alternative, credit or refund.

Delivery

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout according to the quantity ordered and delivery destination. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact telephone number.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or events beyond our control, but we will assist with resolving delivery issues wherever reasonably possible.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Goods

Orders should be inspected promptly upon delivery. Any damaged, faulty or incorrect goods should be reported within 48 hours of delivery, together with photographs where appropriate. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further information.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, photographs, dimensions and other information are accurate. As some of our products may have handmade or decorative finishes, minor variations in colour, finish or appearance may occur between individual items.

Resale

Wholesale customers are responsible for ensuring that products are sold, displayed and used appropriately and in accordance with any instructions or safety information supplied with the products.

 

Cancellations and Returns

Orders that have entered processing or have been dispatched may not be capable of cancellation or amendment. Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

 

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to this, we will not be responsible for indirect or consequential business losses arising from the resale or use of products purchased from us.

 

Changes to these Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms applicable to an order will be those published on our website when the order is placed.

 

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
